Alberta Metallic Silhouette Association
We are the Provincial governing body for Rifle Metallic Silhouette Target Shooting in the Province of Alberta. The Association sanctions matches for the following disciplines; small bore rifle, high power rifle, small bore hunting rifle, high power hunting rifle, as well as black powder cartridge rifle.
Membership in the Association allows you to participate in any sanctioned match held in the Province. Membership is required to participate in Provincial Championships.
Membership fees are: $10/individual $15/family $60/club affiliation
Your membership dollars go toward hosting grants for those clubs holding
Provincial Championships. AMSA also provides match schedules outlining dates and locations for
sanctioned matches for the year. AMSA runs a Grand Slam Program for ten-in-a-rows, as well as
providing vital links to the Alberta Federation of Shooting Sports (AFSS) and the
Silhouette Rifle Association of Canada (SRAC).
